Red Colt offers riding and horsemanship lessons through our partnership with Academie Duello’s Cavaliere Program. The Cavaliere Program is one of a kind in North America, offering the chance to learn the art of Mounted Combat - the combination of swordsmanship and horsemanship.
If you are a beginner, you will not only learn to ride, but will learn all aspects of horse care and good horsemanship. As you progress and for those with riding experience, you will learn the use of the sword, spear, lance, and bow from horseback.

We currently have three horses available for lease.
Flavie is a registered Canadian mare, foaled in Quebec in 1996. She is kind, gentle, and bombproof, making her an ideal mount for a beginner or intermediate rider.
Jack is also a registered Canadian horse. He is a 13 year-old, 15.2 hand gelding and has a proud, regal look to him which always gets him noticed. Both horses are members of our mounted combat program.
Princess is a beautiful chestnut arabian mare who loves people. She is a true schoolmaster; a pony who is a fun ride for advanced riders and also gentle with beginners.
